Description: The recombinant human EPHA7 /GST chimera consists of 657 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 75.2 kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 76 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human EPHA7 (NP_004431) (Gly579-Val998) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
