Description: The recombinant human EPHB2 /GST chimera consists of 655 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 75.2 kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 65 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human EPHB2 (P29323-3) (Gly570-Val987) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
