Description: The recombinant human ERBB4/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 865 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 96.6 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 117 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human ERBB4 (NP_005226.1) (Met1-Arg649) was expressed, fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.Human and Rhesus ERBB4 sequences are identical.
