Description: The recombinant human ERN1/GST chimera consists of 750 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 86 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 90 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human ERN1 isoform 1 (O75460-1) cytoplasmic domain (Pro 465-Leu 977) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
