Description: The recombinant human GBA3 consists of 480 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 55 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 50 kDa band in SDS-PAGE in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human GBA3 (NP_066024.1) (Met 1-Leu 469) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
