Description: The recombinant human HK3/GST chimera consists of 1160 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 127 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 115 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human HK3 (P52790) (Met 1-Val 923) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
