Description: The recombinant human KDR /GST chimera consists of 787 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 89.3 kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 110 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human KDR (NP_002244) (Asp807-Val1356) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
