Description: The recombinant human KIAA1279/GST chimera consists of 858 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 99.6 kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 92-102 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human KIAA1279 (Q96EK5) (Met1-Thr621) was expressed with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
