Description: The recombinant human MAPKAPK5/GST chimera consists of 708 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 82 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 75KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human MAPKAPK5 isoform 1 (NP_003659.2) (Met 1-Gln 471) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
