Description: The recombinant human MKK6/GST chimera consists of 571 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 65.3 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 60 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human MKK6 isoform 1 (P52564-1) (Met 1-Asp 334) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
