Description: The recombinant human PARP3/GST chimera consists of 768 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 87.8 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 95 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the C-terminal segment of human PARP3 isoform 1 (Q9Y6F1-1) (Met 1-Leu 533) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
