Description: The recombinant human PDE9A consisting of 770 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 89.5 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 75 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the full length of human PDE9A (O76083-2) (Met 1-Ala 533) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
