Description: The recombinant human PTP4A2/GST chimera consists of 397 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 45.9 kDa. It migrates as an approxiamtely 45 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human PTP4A2 isoform 1 (Q12974-1) (Asn 2-Gln 167) was fused with the GST tag at the N-terminus.
