Description: The recombinant human ROBO4 consists of 453 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 49 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 55-60 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human ROBO4 (Q8WZ75-1) N-terminal four domains (Met 1-Glu 469) was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
