Description: The recombinant human RPS6KA2/GST chimera consists of 957 amino acids and migrates as an approximatly 110 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions as predicted. A DNA sequence encoding the human RPS6KA2 isoform 1 (Q15349-1) (Met 1-Leu 733) was fused with the GST tag at the N-terminus.
