Description: The recombinant human S100A3/MBP fusion protein consists of 498 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 55.3 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 50 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human S100A3 (P33764) (Met 1-Gln 101) was fused with an N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged MBP tag at the N-terminus.
