Description: The recombinant human SERPINB2/GST chimera consists of 640 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 73 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 65 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the full length of human SERPINB2 (NP_002566.1) (Met 1-Pro 415) was fused with the GST tag at the N-terminus.
