Description: The recombinant human SRGN consists of 152 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 17.3 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 27 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human SRGN (Met1-Leu158) was fused with the C-terminal polyhistidine-tagged myc at the C-terminus.
