Description: The recombinant human SRPK3/GST chimera consists of 803 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 89.7 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 100 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding full length of human SRPK3 isoform 2 (NP_001164231.1) (Met 1-Pro 566) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
