Description: The recombinant human STK16/NusA chimera consisting of 820 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 92 kDa. It migrates as an 105 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the native human STK16 (AAH02618.1) (Met 1-Ile 305) was fused with the polyhistidine-tagged NusA tag at the N-terminus.
