Description: The recombinant human STK24 consists of 450 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 50.3 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 55 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human STK24 isoform A (Q9Y6E0-2) (Met 1-His 431) was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
