Description: The recombinant human TEK /GST chimera consists of 591 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 68.3 kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 64 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human TEK (NP_000450) (Gln771-Ala1124) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
