Description: The recombinant human TAOK3 (aa 1-411)/GST chimera consists of 648 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 74.3 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 85 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the amino acids (Met 1-Asp 411) of human TAOK3 (Q9H2K8-1) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
