Description: The recombinant human TLK1/GST chimera consists of 1003 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 114 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 125 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human TLK1 isoform 1 (Q9UKI8-1) (Met 1-Tyr 766) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
