Description: The recombinant human TNFRSF10D consists of 167 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted a molecular mass of 18.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rhTNFRSF10D is approximately 30-40 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human TNFRSF10D (NP_003831.2) extracellular domain (Met 1-His 211) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
