Description: The recombinant human TP63/GST chimera consists of 917 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 105 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 125 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human TP63 isoform 1 (Q9H3D4-1) (Met 1-Glu 680) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
