Description: The recombinant human USP7 (aa 208-560)/GST chimera consists of 590 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 68.8 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 60 band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the amino acid sequence (Lys 208-Glu 560) of human USP7 (NP_003461.2) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
