Description: The recombinant human VHR/GST chimera consists of 422 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 48.3 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 44 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human VHR (P51452) (Met 1-Pro 185) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
