Description: The recombinant human XPNPEP2 consists of 640 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 72 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh XPNPEP2 is approximately 80 kDa due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the human XPNPEP2 (O43895) (Met 1-Ala 650) without the pro peptide was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
