Description: The recombinant mouse ACPP consists of 361 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 42 KDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rmACPP is approximately 47 KDa as a result of glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse ACPP isoform 1 (Q8CE08-1) (Met1-Arg 381) was expressed, with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
