Description: The recombinant mouse AGO2 consists of 878 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 99 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 105 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse AGO2 (Q8CJG0) (Met 1-Ala 860) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
