Description: The recombinant mouse ART4 consists of 251 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 28.2 KDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rmART4 is approximately 40-45 KDa as a result of glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mature form of mouse ART4 (EDL10575.1) (Met1-Lys 263) was expressed, with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
