Description: The recombinant mouse CA2 comprises 270 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 30.4 kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 30-33 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse CA2 (AAH55291.1) (Met 1-Lys 260) was expressed, with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
