Description: The recombinant mouse CD180 consists of 617 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 69.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rm CD180 is approximately 80 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse CD180 (NP_032559.2) extracellular domain (Met 1-Ser 626) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
