Description: The recombinant mouse CD1D consists of 295 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 33.7 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm CD1D is approximately 45-50 kDa due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of mouse CD1D (NP_031665.2) (Met 1-Gly 305) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
