Description: The recombinant mouse CD34 consists of 264 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 28.6 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rmCD34 is approximately 50-60 kDa due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of mouse CD34 (NP_001104529.1) (Met 1-Thr 287) was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
