Description: The recombinant mouse CD53 consists of 95 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 10.6 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 22 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse CD53 (Q61451) (Glu107-Asn181) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
