Description: The recombinant mouse CDK1/GST chimera consists of 534 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 61.9 kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 57 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse CDK1 (P11440) (Met1-Met297) was expressed with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
