Description: The recombinant mouse CLEC10A comprises 267 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 30.7 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of mouse CLEC10A is approximately 37 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of mouse CLEC10A (NP_001191181.1) (Gln 58-Ser 305) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
