Description: The recombinant mouse EpCAM consists of 254 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 29 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rmEpCAM is approximately 37 kDa due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of mouse EpCAM (NP_032558.2) (Met 1-Thr 266) was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
