Description: The recombinant mouse EPHA3/GST chimera consists of 653 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 74.3 kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 66 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse EPHA3 (EDK98238.1) (Gly569-Val984) was expressed with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
