Description: The recombinant mouse FCGR4 consists of 214 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 24.2 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rmFCGR4 is approximately 35-40 kDa due to glycosylation. The amino acid sequence corronding to (Met 1-Gln 203) of mouse FCGR4 (NP_653142.2) was fused with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
