Description: The recombinant mouse FST comprises 326 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 36.1 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rmFST is approximately 70-80 kDa due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse FST (P47931) (Met 1-Trp 344) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
