Description: The recombinant mouse FST comprises 528 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 58.4 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 66 kDa due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse FST (P47931) (Met 1-Asn 317) was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
