Description: The recombinant mouse FZD5 /Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 382 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 42.9 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 52-56 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse FZD5 (Q9EQD0) (Met1-Pro167) was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
