Description: The recombinant mouse KDR consists of 754 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 84.5 KDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rmKDR is approximately 100-110 KDa as a result of glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse KDR (P35918-1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Glu 762) was expressed, with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
