Description: The recombinant mouse PARP1 consists of 1033 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 115 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 75 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse PARP1 (NP_031441.2) (Met 1-Trp 1014) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
