Description: The recombinant mouse PTPN11 comprises 604 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 69.5 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 65 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse PTPN11 (P35235-2) (Met1-Arg593) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
