Description: The recombinant mouse RTN4R/Fc chimera is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer consists of 669 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 73.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, rmRTN4R/Fc monomer migrates as an approximately 95-100 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the the mature form of mouse RTN4R (NP_075358.1) (Met 1-Ser 447) was fused with the polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
