In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm SCGB1A1 is approximately 12 kDa. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse SCGB1A1 (Q06318) (Met 1-Phe 96) was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
